About

The Founder, Yvette Dubel, has been involved in Art Based research, innovation, and organizational consulting for more than ten years. In addition to her own research projects she has and continues to collaborate with other teams focused on issues related to sustainability and inclusion.

Introduced application of art based solutions to the development and deployment of technology, using cloud technology. Mrs. Dubel has been accountable for end user feedback, open system applications, while also introducing concepts for socio-technical infrastructure. She provided creative concept for new design leading to overhaul of branding and design across the CRM and CSR ranges.

Dubel has consulted with clients to identify key goals of public-private partnerships benefiting all stakeholders and develop workable strategies for all parties, selected and managed teams to fulfill projects on time and within budget Developed relationship strategies for specific cultural context to help clients advance sustainability goals as a result the client got increased media coverage among the target audience, ongoing support from cultural organization, international exposure, and a position within a national cultural organization.

She has been involved in social causes for more than twenty-five years. In addition to being a wife and mother she has been an artist researcher for more than 22 years.

She has served on the Board of county AIDS Service Organization, Community Re-Orientation Program, Art4theHomeless, as well as spearheading Community Re-Entry Consortium and Supportive Housing Planning Committees. She has also served as Secretary for the Continuum of Care Committee and Treasurer for the iFOSSFoundation.

She has introduced new approaches to community mental health, grassroots approaches, and cost saving programmatic efficiency. Additionally, she spearheaded and developed multi-agency/organization consortium, committees and programs using interdisciplinary approaches to address multiple challenges with a single solution. As program director, she developed and supervise operation of pilot programs, negotiated agreements and contracted with community organizations.

She also has experience in audio production behind the scenes and as on air voice talent. She has been responsible for audio checks and sound checks for guest speakers, both on location and through telephone interfaces. She has co-ordinated guest schedules and shows, ensuring the broadcast ran to timing, hosted show including on air guest interviews, both impromptu and rehearsed.
